 The corner setting provides ample space for a screened, pool (optionally heated), with large pool deck. The extended parking area allows parking for 4 cars.

The dining area is well equipped for formal dining,
in a relaxed and bright atmosphere.
The table is spacious and can seat 10 diners in comfort.
An archway leads through to the kitchen area.

 
The kitchen is fitted with almost every modern appliance including large Electric Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Electric kettle and Waste Disposal unit.


The Living area has ample space to relax in the living
area after a hard day exploring the local attractions.
A colour TV gives you the choice of several cable
programmes. A VCR is also available for use at no extra charge. A telephone is provided for free local calls
and long distance calls can be made by charging them
to a credit or phone card.

Three double bedrooms all have Queensize beds and private bath/shower room
while the remaining two Twin rooms share the large family bathroom.
One Queen room and the two Twin rooms are situated on the upper floor.

 The Master suite has a Queen sized bed with twin nightstands, radio alarm, and own private bathroom, with separate Tub and walk in Shower, toilet and twin wash basins. There is also a generous walk in closet.

The twin rooms share the family bathroom. There is seating located on the landing area, providing a place to sit and relax.

The optionally heated 28ft by 14ft pool is surrounded by an extended, screened deck area, and has enough seating for everyone.

Access to the pool area is through the sliding doors from the Family Room. A BBQ is available for use on the deck for a nominal extra charge.
