Q. Where
do we have to go to collect the Villa's key?
A. You
don't need to. We use digital door locks, and give you the code beforehand,
this means you don't have to spend the first part of your holiday looking
for the management office - you can go straight to the villa.
Q. What
do you charge for the hire of a crib?
A. The
cribs and high chair can be used free of charge. Each villa has two cribs.
Q. Do
we need to bring a hairdryer?
A. No,
hairdryers are provided for use.
Q. Will
we need to buy a phone card to use the phone?
A. Local
calls are free, but out of area calls can be made using a credit card or phone
card.
Q. Can
you sell us tickets to the local attractions?
A. We
are not ticket agents, but we know a reliable ticket agent who sells tickets
at good prices. He will call at the house and deliver the tickets to you so
you don't have to stand in lines for them at the parks. Go to the attraction
page for further information.
Q. How
far is the villa from Orlando International Airport?
A. The
house is an easy drive from the airport which shouldn't take longer than about
30 minutes.
Q. Do
we need towels for the pool?
A. No,
Beach towels are provided for your use.
Q. What
are the check in and check out times?
A. Our
villas are cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. It is ready for you
to occupy at 4pm on the day. On your last day we ask that you vacate
the villa by 10am.
Q. Do
you offer flight booking facilities?
A. We
only rent you a villa, but we might be able to suggest where to book flights.
Q. Do
you offer car rental facilities?
A. We
can arrange car hire for holders of a UK driving licence aged 21 or over.
